Super Soft Homemade Bread
Ingredients:
- 200 ml of water
- 5 g of dry yeast (about 1/2 tablespoon)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 300 g of all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Beaten egg yolk (for brushing)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the water with the dry yeast and dissolve well.
- Add the sugar, salt, and mix again.
- Gradually add the flour, stirring with a spatula. Add the olive oil and mix until the dough is smooth.
- Let the dough rest for 20 minutes. After this time, mix it again and let it rest for 1 hour.
- After it has risen, divide the dough into 3 equal parts. Roll out one part with a rolling pin, fold the sides, and roll again. Roll the dough into a bun and pinch the end with your fingers.
- Place the buns in a greased pan and let them rise for another 1 hour.
- Brush with the beaten egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool, and remove from the pan.
Result: Super soft, delicious bread, perfect for serving with butter!
