Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml of water
  • 1 packet of Tang juice (flavor of your choice)
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of emulsifier
  • Ganache (melted chocolate + heavy cream)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the water, Tang juice, condensed milk, and heavy cream together and blend well.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream container (preferably).
  3. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  4. After 3 hours, add the emulsifier and blend again until it doubles in size.
  5. Layer the ice cream and ganache in another container.
  6. Alternate layers with the flavors you prefer (e.g., strawberry, lime, passion fruit).
  7. Freeze again until firm.

Yield: 4 liters of super creamy ice cream.
