Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredients:
- 500 ml of water
- 1 packet of Tang juice (flavor of your choice)
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can of heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon of emulsifier
- Ganache (melted chocolate + heavy cream)
Instructions:
- Mix the water, Tang juice, condensed milk, and heavy cream together and blend well.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream container (preferably).
- Refrigerate for 3 hours.
- After 3 hours, add the emulsifier and blend again until it doubles in size.
- Layer the ice cream and ganache in another container.
- Alternate layers with the flavors you prefer (e.g., strawberry, lime, passion fruit).
- Freeze again until firm.
Yield: 4 liters of super creamy ice cream.
