Chocolate-Stuffed Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 100g melted butter
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 130g to 150g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • Vanilla extract
  • 730g all-purpose flour
  • A good pinch of salt
  • Filling: chocolate chips or citrus fruits (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the melted butter, yeast, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until everything is dissolved.
  2. Add the flour and salt, then knead until the dough is smooth, about 5 minutes.
  3. Let the dough rise until it doubles in size (about 30 minutes).
  4. Roll out the dough, spread butter, and add your chosen filling.
  5. Roll the dough up and cut it in half, leaving about 2 inches of dough uncut at the top. Continue rolling it up into a large log.
  6. Place the bread in a greased pan, let it rise for another 5 minutes.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden.
  8. Optional: dust with powdered sugar on top for a festive touch.
