Chocolate-Stuffed Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
- 100g melted butter
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 130g to 150g sugar
- 2 eggs
- Vanilla extract
- 730g all-purpose flour
- A good pinch of salt
- Filling: chocolate chips or citrus fruits (to taste)
Instructions:
- Mix the melted butter, yeast, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until everything is dissolved.
- Add the flour and salt, then knead until the dough is smooth, about 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise until it doubles in size (about 30 minutes).
- Roll out the dough, spread butter, and add your chosen filling.
- Roll the dough up and cut it in half, leaving about 2 inches of dough uncut at the top. Continue rolling it up into a large log.
- Place the bread in a greased pan, let it rise for another 5 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden.
- Optional: dust with powdered sugar on top for a festive touch.
