Coconut Cloud! The most delicate dessert I’ve ever made! It melts in your mouth.

Coconut Roll
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1/2 box of heavy cream
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 package of shredded coconut
- 50 ml of whipped cream
Instructions:
- Mix the sweetened condensed milk, cornstarch, heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until it thickens.
- Place the shredded coconut in a pan (18 cm x 28.5 cm) and pour the hot cream over it. Spread it gently.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Whip the cream and cover the mixture with it, spreading evenly.
- Cut the roll into a cross shape (first in the middle, then from top to bottom).
- Roll it up carefully, using a knife to help, and serve.
