Coconut Cloud! The most delicate dessert I’ve ever made! It melts in your mouth.

Coconut Roll

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1/2 box of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 package of shredded coconut
  • 50 ml of whipped cream

Instructions:

  1. Mix the sweetened condensed milk, cornstarch, heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until it thickens.
  2. Place the shredded coconut in a pan (18 cm x 28.5 cm) and pour the hot cream over it. Spread it gently.
  3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  4. Whip the cream and cover the mixture with it, spreading evenly.
  5. Cut the roll into a cross shape (first in the middle, then from top to bottom).
  6. Roll it up carefully, using a knife to help, and serve.
