Blender Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Β½ cups of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of dry yeast
  • A good pinch of salt
  • 3 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg yolk + a little milk (for brushing)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the milk, eggs, oil, sugar, and yeast in a blender until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and gradually add the salt and flour, mixing with a whisk or spatula.
  3. If needed, add a little more milk to reach the right consistency.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased pan, spreading it evenly. You can divide it into two pans if desired.
  5. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  6. Brush the top with the egg yolk and milk mixture.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350Β°F (180Β°C) for 30 to 40 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and enjoy your soft, fluffy homemade bread!
