Blender Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Β½ cups of milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of dry yeast
- A good pinch of salt
- 3 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 egg yolk + a little milk (for brushing)
Instructions:
- Blend the milk, eggs, oil, sugar, and yeast in a blender until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and gradually add the salt and flour, mixing with a whisk or spatula.
- If needed, add a little more milk to reach the right consistency.
- Pour the batter into a greased pan, spreading it evenly. You can divide it into two pans if desired.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Brush the top with the egg yolk and milk mixture.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350Β°F (180Β°C) for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy your soft, fluffy homemade bread!
