A GROUP OF TEENAGE BOYS WALKED INTO A RESTAURANT—WHAT THEY DID NEXT LEFT ME SPEECHLESS

The girls and I stopped at El Sombrero for dinner on our way home tonight. As we walked in, there was a big group of young men ahead of us, about 15-20 of them, all wearing Brandon Football athletic gear.

One of them held the door open for us, and as we walked in, three others who were sitting on a bench stood up so we could sit down. We got seated right away, so we didn’t need the seats, but their kindness really stood out to me. It’s not something you see every day.

They ended up sitting near our table, and I couldn’t help but watch how they acted with each other. When their food arrived, every single one of them bowed their heads, took off their hats (if they had one on), and prayed. That moment touched my heart even more.

These were just a group of teenage boys—no moms, no coaches, no girlfriends, no adults telling them what to do. They did this because they wanted to.

I don’t know these young men or their parents, but if I did, I’d tell them how proud they should be. With all the negativity in the world right now, this moment gave me so much hope for the future! ❤️
