I JUST NEEDED HELP WITH MY FROZEN CAR DOOR—WHAT HAPPENED NEXT RESTORED MY FAITH IN PEOPLE

I went into Walmart, and when I came back out, my car door lock was frozen. I went into The Home Depot hoping they could help me with some hot water to unfreeze it. The lady inside didn’t want me to use hot water because she was worried it would freeze again.

Then a kind man who worked there told me they had a defroster for my door. Not only did he go get it for me, but he also bought it for me!

That’s not all. The lady in the picture saw that my 2-year-old daughter was getting restless, so she came over and started talking to her. She kept my daughter busy and even tried to warm her little fingers.

She also asked if my daughter wanted to help ring up some items. My daughter loved it!

This is what I call GREAT customer service. There are still amazing people out there! From a thankful mother, she really made my life easier in that moment.
